If I used a multi-panel format, instead of a four-panel standard, I’d have shown something like that. In fact my initial thought was to show Raghead shooting a civilian and blaming it on the “regime”, but that was too bitter even for me. Besides I wanted him to retain some humanity. Maybe I could introduce another character for that kind of thing. Suggestions as to name?
